Police | Behavioral Health Consultant

Located in the Greater Boston area, Sarah Abbott, Ph.D. LSW has dedicated over 21 years to ensuring that police encounters with individuals in a behavioral health crisis have a safe and effective resolution. Dr. Abbott serves as the Center for Crisis Response and Behavioral Health Director at William James College. She is a Board Member of the International Co-Responder Alliance (ICRA) and the South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC). Dr. Abbott is uniquely poised to provide technical assistance and consultation on all aspects of the Co-Response model to law enforcement and behavioral health agencies worldwide.
