Abbott Solutions for Justice is grounded in more than two decades of experience developing, implementing, and leading Crisis and Co-Response programs. Our work spans program design, implementation, training, evaluation, and technical assistance, with a focus on building response systems that are practical, effective, and sustainable.
Dr. Sarah Abbott has worked at the intersection of law enforcement and behavioral health since 2003. Her work began on the front lines of Co-Response and has grown to include partnerships with police departments, behavioral health organizations, universities, and government agencies in the United States and internationally.
That perspective shapes how ASJ works today. We understand that successful programs depend on more than a strong model—they require clear roles, effective partnerships, sound policies, skilled practitioners, meaningful data, and the ability to adapt to the realities of the communities they serve.
